Just an Update!

Just a quick little journal update ^_^;

I haven't drawn anything in ages.  Like, literally NO drawing. At all. Even notebook doodles or ANYTHING O_O. Which actually is kind of weird.  Because in the past, even if I was busy or whatever, I'd still at least be doodling inside notebooks or something. But lately it's been...nothing T_T.  

I have free time now and then, too. But then I spend my free time just going to Mangafox and reading manga or reading slashdot or something ^^;.

Ah well, summer break is coming up, though (just one week left *_*!), so hopefully I'll be able to get my inspiration back again! :heart:

No Anime Expo for me this year. *weeps* But I'll be going to Saboten Con this year!  *Potatobuns and I will be having a table in artist's alley~. (Saboten Con is from September 30th to October 2nd in Phoenix, AZ) It'll be my first time going to this convention, so I'm excited about it ^^. (I'll be visiting / staying with relatives while I'm there, so the con's timing is perfect!)

Ah, also, thanks so much for the 500k page views!! :boogie: :dance: It looks like several people caught my kiriban (ROFL stupid DA counters) so hopefully I'll be able to get inspiration again soon and draw something for them!  

I can't guarantee anything full color or fancy or nice T_T. But I'll try.

Wow. For years I've stumbled across your art all over the internet, but by chance I found you! Actually, I was looking at this guy who posted your picture Witness ([link]) and curious and to why I've seen a lot of his stuff around the internet, I saw your Kathy100 signature at the bottom and I found you! Kathy, I was wondering if you were going to be going to Saboten again this year. It isn't till September, but just wondering if you are planning it. I was the crazy guy that kept stopping by your booth at last year's Saboten and bought about 10+ of your pictures. If you are going to be there this year, looking forward to seeing you and saying hello again.

OMG IT'S YOU!!!! GAAHHH!!! I'm so sorry I didn't recognize you...I suck so much at remembering faces...but OF COURSE I REMEMBER YOU!!! I totally remember how we were, like, on the same scavenger hunt team at ALA, and like, we've been talking for years online...I fail so bad OTL OTL OTL. My only excuse was being half-dead from exhaustion...I had just flown back from a 3-day job interview the day before the convention x___X;;.

HOW WAS YOUR CONVENTION?! Did you have fun, despite the freezing cold hail and rain? LMAO

yes me! : ) Yeah the scavenger was fun that year!

That was a tiring con! I was so tired after and got sick! I had fun! Sold a lot of things at the swap meet. Artist alley sales were okay. Made back most of the con price back for me and my sis. swap meet was my profit! Saving it for my study abroad. It hailed?!
