 ! (3 MB, ouch)I finally finished a CG tutorial! After, like, 5 years of procrastinating?  I tried to include a lot of steps and in-progress shots in this tutorial...hopefully I made it clear and it worked out okay!  I hope you guys will like it!! And that maybe it might help or inspire someone, somewhere, with CG Also, if you want to try out the CG techniques on some lineart, I have a random lineart available here [link] for a collab if anyone wants ^^!! We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. ..because I don't have corel, do you mind if I ask what the Photoshop equivalent for "colorize layer" is? I draw and colour mostly in SAI nowadays but I'm more than happy to open up PS again to get those awesome shiny effects at the end.

I've only done a few CG pieces so this is really interesting to me. Ironically I was going to comment on one of your other pieces about giving me so tips after I got my new laptop with Photoshop up and running. But you weirdly beat me to it! ^^
How do you make the sword glow? I just want a short answer at the moment. Shades,fades or something I have no idea about yet.
